Knicks at 8th.

The Knicks are beginning their path to October of 09'. The team will be de-void of any drama,(Eddy Curry is still there, man i almost forgot.) The Knicks will try and tell anyone that is listening that they are looking to "win 40 games this season." There is no reason why he shouldn't say that in my opinion. Larry Hughes will be a showcase player much like Zach Randolph was, and i think Al Harrington should be a opening season story of how he got himself in his greatest playing shape ever. Q-Rich, is going to be Q-Rich. He plays hard in the post on offense and provides tough perimeter d. Gallinari, I hope gets better and quicker, enough to put him in the Sophomore All-star game. That would be, Lee, Chandler, and then Gallo. I don't know what they want to do with their role players. But i can try. Nate comes back, Lee goes to a contender, and we see how well he can really play. Nate is a bit better than J.J Barea, and can compete with the Barbosa, the Ginobili, and the Jason Terry's of the world. |His energy is much different than David Lee's and it allows them to move up in the draft and get Hill or Thabeet.  They could drop back and get Hansboro, and another pick. They need to keep payroll low, avoid long contracts, and get people that genuinely care about listening to their coach and playing D. With that said, they need to look at Flip Murray, they need to look at Ramon Sessions, they need to look at Lamar Odom, they need to look at people that want to restore the legacy, work with Coach D'Antoni and make The Knicks a viable team. I like Stephen Curry, I like his lineage, but I also would like his younger brother, who transfered to Duke, a whole lot more. I want for The Knicks tough guys, good guys, smart guys, that can speak a bunch of different languages on the court. Their language, teams language, the coaches language, and even the fans. With the 8th pick for my money, The Knicks are looking to move away from there one way or the other.
