Greetings everyone!
My name is Greg and I am new to this community of passionate sports fans, particularly in this area, beleaguered NY Knicks fans. I have been a loyal Knicks fan ever since I was 13 years old. The biggest thrills at that time was going to the Garden mostly on Christmas Day when they had Christmas day games in the late 70's. They were not very good at all but I did enjoy taking the train into the garden and buying the cheapest seat with my student pass (which at the time was $6!!!!!). I would always proceed to move down closer because at the time, most of the ushers did not care and hardly anyone was at the game anyway. Enough about nostalgia. This year's team is an absolute train wreck with James Dolan causing it being asleep at the wheel!!! You really cannot blame Isiah Thomas too much because Dolan had to be aware of his track record prior to coming to the Knicks. He left the Raptors on not too good terms and he bankrupted the CBA. Not really the sterling resume you want to see coming in to run one of the NBA's marquee signature franchises. I can go on and on ranting about the state of the Knicks, but we pretty much all have heard and seen it all. In my next post, I will detail my plan to correct this nuclear disaster. It is pretty simple. And it is assuming if I was purchasing the Knicks along with an ownership group that would have the type of money that Warren Buffett and Bill Gates have. As a matter of fact, those two gentlemen would consist of my fictional ownership group. With a combined worth of over $120 billion, that is all you would need.
