The NBA league pass is awesome, but nothing beats a good TNT double-header.

Tonight, we get a great TNT double-header.

The night starts off with Cleveland at Miami. I’ve written this before, but LeBron vs. Wade is the best head-to-head matchup to watch in the NBA right now. These guys always bring out the best in each other.

Okay, let's just be honest here.  Nate Robinson may not have fully deserved the 2006 NBA Slam Dunk Contest Title, but he sure earned it this year.  Nate battled the defending champion, Dwight Howard, in the Finals and one-upped the ultimate gamesman in the end.  Together they put on possibly the greatest show in the history of the contest since the days of Michael Jordan battling Dominique Wilkins.

Today, the Toronto Raptors traded Jermaine O'Neal, Jamario Moon, and a lottery-protected first round pick to the Miami Heat in exchange for Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks.  On the surface this looks like a great trade for the Heat, but it can also cause potential problems for the Knicks as they do battle with the Raptors twice next week and will continue to battle them down the stretch in the Chase For The Eighth Seed.

these monster contracts and now the team will have roughly $27M with which to attract LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Joe Johnson, Dirk Nowitzki, Paul Pierce, Tyson Chandler, or one of the many available top flight talents on the market.  While it is no secret that Walsh's number one priority is King James, bringing the game's most dominant force may be easier said than done.

is currently fourth in the entire NBA in scoring, and he's in good company...

Granger trails only Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant -- the league's top three players. Though it goes Wade, LeBron, and Kobe in active scoring, if I were listing the best players in order it would be (1) Kobe, (2) LeBron, and (3) Wade. But that's a different discussion for another time. As for Granger, his 25.9 point per game average is incredibly impressive, and he's showing no signs of slowing down.
